Job description

Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance its operations and services. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations and enhancements to the Endpoint Privilege Management system, including routine system checks, user support, and software deployment.
Responsibilities:
• support day-to-day operations as well as enhancements to our AFS's Endpoint Privilege Management system
• routine system checks
• supporting users
• making rule/policy changes
• updating client software
• building/deploying/maintaining self-service software deployments
• acting as a SME for the solution
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of three years’ experience in the Information Technology field with significant experience working with Endpoint Privilege Management solutions and building and deploying applications with ConfigMgr and Jamf
• Proven ability to work independently, and as a team member
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
Preferred:
• Experience as a user and an administrator of BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management or other enterprise privilege management products
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with Windows and Mac workstations
• Experience with ConfigMgr
• Experience with Jamf Pro
• Experience with Intune
