This role is for a person to support day-to-day operations as well as enhancements to our AFS's Endpoint Privilege Management system. The system, which is primarily composed of a commercially available Endpoint Privilege Management product and many self-service workstation software deployments, was designed and built by an internal IT engineering team and the person in this role will work to maintain and improve it. Day to day responsibilities will include routine system checks, supporting users, making rule/policy changes, updating client software, building/deploying/maintaining self-service software deployments, and acting as a SME for the solution.

What you need

  • Minimum of three years' experience in the Information Technology field with significant experience working with Endpoint Privilege Management solutions and building and deploying applications with ConfigMgr and Jamf
  • Proven ability to work independently, and as a team member
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Bonus if you have

  • Experience as a user and an administrator of the following systems:
    • BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management or other enterprise privilege management products
    • ServiceNow, Active Directory, Windows and Mac workstations, ConfigMgr, Jamf Pro, Intune, Jira

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
