Job Title: Technical Project/Program Management - Technical Program Manager III
Key Responsibilities of TPMs:
Program Definition: Help define the right scope, goals, and metrics for projects and programs.
Roadmap Alignment: Build alignment between teams and coordinate dependencies.
Risk Mitigation: Identify risks early and work to reduce surprises.
Communication: Keep stakeholders informed and ensure transparency.
Program Execution: Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
Process Improvement: Enhance process structures to support project teams.
Technical Leadership: Advocate for quality in technical design and system architectures, and influence team culture for higher product quality.
TPMs are especially valuable for programs that are highly cross-functional, technically complex, or have many dependencies across teams. They often work closely with engineering, product, and legal teams to ensure successful outcomes, particularly in areas like privacy, compliance, and data governance relevant to eDiscovery and Information Governance teams
