The Experience You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience with an in-house legal department, law firm, or a combination of both. Some in-house experience, particularly at a company with global operations or technology products, strongly preferred
  • Strong experience supporting product, privacy, marketing, consumer protection, or regulatory legal matters

  • Familiarity with global privacy and marketing laws, including CCPA, GDPR, TCPA, ADA, HIPAA, and similar laws or regulations

  • Experience supporting product launches, regulatory assessments, compliance projects, or other complex cross-functional legal initiatives is a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent computer and GenAI skills, including Microsoft Office applications, Slack, Notion and familiarity with GenAI systems and prompts
