We are seeking a results-driven Retail Program Manager to oversee our retail lead generation program inside national home improvement stores. This role leads a team responsible for generating residential HVAC service and system replacement leads through customer engagement in retail environments.

Responsibilities
As a Retail Program Manager, you will lead the retail sales team responsible for promoting HVAC services, heating and air conditioning consultations, and indoor air quality solutions.
  • Recruit, train, and manage team members in the retail HVAC lead generation program
  • Manage daily and weekly associate performance, schedules, and activities to achieve lead generation goals
  • Hold regular team meetings to train, motivate, and support retail associates
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and leadership support to retail team members
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase HVAC lead generation and retail performance
  • Spend approximately 60-65% of time in the field supporting retail associates and store partnerships
  • Build relationships with retail store managers and home services teams
  • Track and report key performance metrics including leads generated, staffing levels, and retail program performance
  • Organize store events, promotions, and contests to increase customer engagement and lead activity
  • Provide technical updates and training regarding HVAC products, indoor air quality solutions, and seasonal promotions

  • Minimum of two years of demonstrated sales experience
  • Prior experience managing retail teams or field sales teams preferred
