Sr. eDiscovery Analyst Job Details Snell & Wilmer is currently seeking a full-time Sr. eDiscovery Analyst role.

You will be responsible for the execution of litigation support projects and ensuring the quality and timeliness of each project. This includes coordinating all phases of electronic discovery for a matter, from preservation, collection, processing, analysis, review. This position could be staffed and work remote from the following cities - Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, or Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities Lead the implementation and execution of advanced analytics workflows in RelOne, including Active Learning, Conceptual Searching, Email Threading, Clustering, and TAR. Knowledge of RelOne Air for Review and Air for Priv is beneficial. Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support for processing and review Collaborate with attorneys, litigation support, and IT teams to develop defensible e-discovery strategies tailored to case requirements.

Serve as a subject matter expert on EDRM best practices, analytics, and AI-assisted review methodologies. Oversee data ingestion, processing, culling, and metadata extraction using tools such as Relativity Processing, or equivalent platforms. Consult with legal teams on search term analysis, privilege review, and quality control procedures.

Generate reports and dashboards to track progress, metrics, and review efficiency using Relativity's advanced reporting tools. Conduct training and mentoring for junior analysts and review teams on Relativity and advanced e-discovery techniques. Evaluate and implement emerging AI solutions and legal tech innovations to improve the firm's e-discovery operations.

Ensure adherence to data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements in all ESI handling. Experience and Qualifications At least 5 years of hands-on e-discovery experience, preferably in a large law firm or e-discovery vendor environment. Bachelor's degree required; certifications (e.g., RCA, ACEDS, CEDS) strongly preferred; JD preferred but not required Deep functional expertise with Relativity and Relativity Analytics; RelativityOne experience a plus.

Extensive knowledge of litigation document review workflows, including ones that leverage advanced analytics is preferred. Strong technology problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technology and ESI (electronically stored information) issues Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail The highest ethical standards and integrity Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities Benefits Generous benefits package starting on your first day.
