Job description

Hubergroup USA INC, seeks Printing Ink Sales Representatives throughout the USA. EOE, Full Benefits Package, Pay DOE.
Summary- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities-
1. Communicating with customers on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on the “attention” required by the customer
2. Complete any and all paperwork on a timely manner, i.e customer creation forms, customer complaints, pdl requests, mra’s, foc’s
3. Place ink orders, following up on “the ones that are critical to arrive by a certain date”
4. Maintain proper levels on inventory – So all orders aren’t “rush orders” as well as not having 180 days inventory.
5. Provide customers support when there is an issue – Involve the proper personnel @ Huber when needed.
6. Communicate with the regional any and all issues related to a customer as well as new business opportunities.
In addition to the above there may be additional duties assigned in order to complete the job at hand.
