Job description

Sales with book of business in a Commercial Printing Company that offers high quality offset and digital printing. From one color manuals to complex multi-color brochures, flyers and mailers. Provide business forms, labels, business cards and all of your stationary needs.

Salary Structure:

• Sales reps straight commission.


• Seasoned sales rep with a following of clients then we can possibly arrange a short-term salary for 6 months until they get up and running with their clients.


• The temporary salary will be directly related to their current sales.

If they are selling $1,000,000 a year, then their commission on those sales will be from $80,000 a year to $100,000 a year. The salary would be a sliding scale for 6 months starting at around $4,000 per month and reducing as their sales each month grows.


• With company their commission is 40% of the margin which equals to about 12%-13% of the gross sales which is much higher than the mid-size printing companies that offer 8% to 10% of the gross sales.


• For example, if their yearly sales are $1,000,000, they would earn between- $120,000 to $130,000 a year compared to $80,000 to $100,000
