Sales Representative (Commission Only)

Irving, TX • On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 16 days ago

Job description

Visionz Designs is a fast-growing custom apparel and fulfillment company based in Irving, Texas. We specialize in embroidery, screen printing, decals, and fulfillment, supporting brands and organizations across the U.S.
We are uniquely positioned in the market with licensed brand capabilities, in-house production, and fulfillment infrastructure — and we believe Visionz is on a path to become a leader in the custom apparel and branded merchandise space.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join Visionz at a growth stage, where the right sales professional can make a real impact.
We’re looking for a commission-based Sales Representative who wants to:
  • grow a book of business, or
  • bring an existing book and expand it further with stronger production and fulfillment support
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven salesperson who enjoys building long-term partnerships, selling programs (not just one-off orders), and being part of a company with momentum.
This is not a high-pressure, cold-calling role.
What You’ll Do
  • Build and manage client relationships across brands and organizations
  • Sell Visionz’s core services:
  • custom apparel and decoration
  • embroidery and screen printing
  • decals and branded merchandise
  • fulfillment and kitting support
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through repeat programs and value-added items (“swag”)
  • Work closely with internal production and leadership to deliver consistent, high-quality results
Who This Is For
  • Sales professionals with experience in:
  • apparel, promotional products, print, or branding
  • Reps looking to grow a book of business with the backing of a strong production partner
  • Reps with an existing client list who want better execution, speed, and support
  • Self-motivated, relationship-oriented sellers who value autonomy and trust
Compensation
  • Commission-based compensation (percentage of net profit, aligned with industry standards)
  • No cap on earnings
  • Draw or base compensation may be discussed after performance is demonstrated
Location
  • DFW-based preferred
  • Clients may be located anywhere in the U.S.

Why Visionz Designs
Visionz operates out of a modern production and fulfillment facility in Irving, TX, with in-house embroidery, screen printing, and finishing capabilities. This allows our sales team to sell confidently, knowing we control quality, turnaround times, and execution — and can support growth without relying on third-party production.
In addition:
  • Licensed brand capability and credibility
  • Fast turnaround times
  • Fulfillment and kitting support
  • Leadership focused on long-term growth, not short-term churn
  • A chance to grow alongside the business, not just sell for it
