Job description

Marco Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our Print Sales team. This position is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong background in the print industry and a proven ability to sell into mid-sized to large and complex business environments.

As a Senior Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in the print space. You'll leverage a comprehensive portfolio of print solutions to help clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve workflow efficiency.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within mid-sized and large organizations
  • Create and execute strategic territory and account plans to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Present and position Marco's full suite of print and document management solutions to leaders, operations managers, and C-level executives
  • Collaborate with internal technical specialists and solution architects to design and deliver tailored print solutions for complex business environments
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, pipeline status, and forecasting in CRM platforms
  • Stay informed on trends in print technology, managed print services, and digital transformation to support consultative selling
  • Uphold Marco's values and commitment to delivering measurable business outcomes with integrity and professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the print or managed print industry
  • Demonstrated ability to win and grow new business with mid-sized to large and/or multi-location customers
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions in business terms
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a complex sales cycle independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
