Job description

Job responsibilities

Supervise and directly participate in activities related to the set-up, maintenance and operation of web flexo printing presses (7-color, DHF2 1300-7)to plan, organize and manage related printing work in a manner that ensures maximum machine uptime and production throughput to achieve timely production tasks, products Good quality and high yield. Specifically include:

•Check job orders for accuracy and prepare materials before production runs

•Perform inspection monitoring during production runs

• Set up and operated the press for production

•Assist with production activities related to machine setup, operation, cleaning, and preventive maintenance

• Guided, trained, and inspected the work of printing assistants

•Perform routine maintenance of the printing press as required

•Perform quality testing and measurements to ensure compliance with quality standards,

•Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure that materials and products meet standards

•Keep records of print jobs

•Drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Understand and follow all safety rules and engage in appropriate and safe behavior in and around facilities and machinery

•Perform other duties deemed necessary by the supervisor

Qualification requirements

•Have 3 or more years of relevant machine operation experience

• Experienced in operating flexo printing press machine and Ink adjustment

•Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness

•Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on time and with high quality

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency

•Must be eligible to work in the United States
