What You'll Do
As an Reprographics Assistant, you'll report to the Operations Supervisor and play a key role in supporting daily office operations with a strong focus on digital workflows and print production services. You'll partner closely with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality document solutions while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional internal service. This role also offers the opportunity to cross-train across facilities and office operations, giving you broad exposure to how a professional services office operates end to end.
โ€ข Print & Digital Production: Manage job queues, configure job processing tools, and operate high-volume printers, scanners, copiers, and Multi-Function Devices (MFDs) to complete client and internal requests efficiently.
โ€ข Quality Control: Diagnose and resolve print quality issues, ensuring each job meets standards for alignment, formatting, and materials.
โ€ข Document Processing: Convert, format, and prepare files across multiple formats (e.g., Word, Excel, PDF, image files), including creating searchable PDFs and using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) tools.
โ€ข File Management: Index, store, and retrieve documents within network drives and Document Management Systems (DMS) to ensure accessibility and organization.
โ€ข Production Support: Handle binding, cutting, folding, scanning, and other finishing services to deliver polished final products.
โ€ข Operational Efficiency: Minimize waste, optimize resource usage, and maintain cost-effective production practices.

What You'll Bring

โ€ข Experience: At least 2 years in a production document processing or similar environment, with prior law firm service center experience strongly preferred; minimum 1 year of direct customer service experience.
โ€ข Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe tools, scanning platforms, and document technologies including DMS and OCR.
