Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for apartment communities.
- Create digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, signage, and promotional pieces.
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.
- Update website content, online listings, and property marketing information.
- Coordinate photography, video shoots, and virtual tours for communities.
- Support leasing teams with marketing initiatives to increase traffic and occupancy.
- Monitor online reputation by assisting with review management and resident engagement.
- Coordinate company events, grand openings, hiring events, and resident appreciation events.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and internal communications.
- Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials.
- Track marketing performance and prepare reports using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Order promotional items, signage, and marketing supplies.
- Collaborate with Regional Managers, Community Managers, and vendors on marketing projects.
- Stay current on multifamily housing trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitor activity.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in multifamily property management or real estate.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Professional, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Graphic Design
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, RentCafe, or CRM systems is a plus.
- Basic photography and video editing experience preferred.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Business Profile, and digital advertising is a plus.
