Position Overview
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our commercial real estate team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials, managing property marketing campaigns, and supporting brokers with listing presentations, proposals, email campaigns, and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong graphic design skills, experience with production work, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  •  Create and update property marketing materials including flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, proposals, presentations, and signage. 
  •  Design and maintain marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications. 
  •  Prepare print-ready and digital marketing assets while ensuring brand consistency and quality control. 
  •  Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials for listings, transactions, and company initiatives. 
  •  Assist with email marketing campaigns, social media content, and website updates. 
  •  Manage project timelines and prioritize multiple assignments with competing deadlines. 
  •  Collaborate with brokers, administrative staff, and vendors to execute marketing projects. 
  •  Edit property photos and create compelling visual content for listings and promotional campaigns. 
  •  Maintain marketing databases, templates, and digital asset libraries. 
Qualifications
Required
  •  2+ years of marketing, graphic design, or production experience. 
  •  Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
