Marketing Associate - Multifamily
Employment Type: Full-Time
CAM Properties is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the company's marketing initiatives across a growing multifamily apartment portfolio. This role is responsible for creating engaging marketing materials, managing digital content, supporting property marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and help strengthen the CAM Properties brand. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, and passionate about marketing, Marketing Associate - Multifamily graphic design, social media, and customer engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for apartment communities.
  • Create digital and print marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, signage, and promotional pieces.
  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms.
  • Update website content, online listings, and property marketing information.
  • Coordinate photography, video shoots, and virtual tours for communities.
  • Support leasing teams with marketing initiatives to increase traffic and occupancy.
  • Monitor online reputation by assisting with review management and resident engagement.
  • Coordinate company events, grand openings, hiring events, and resident appreciation events.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and internal communications.
  • Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials.
  • Track marketing performance and prepare reports using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Order promotional items, signage, and marketing supplies.
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers, Community Managers, and vendors on marketing projects.

Qualifications
