Job description

Osborn Engineering is a recognized multidisciplinary design leader. We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support proposal-driven business development and firmwide marketing. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in a proposal-based marketing environment (A/E/C experience preferred); and a proven ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and deliver detail-oriented, high-quality written and graphic materials. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desired, and familiarity with the Cosential CRM database is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field required, plus 3+ years of experience in a proposal-based marketing setting (A/E/C industry experience preferred). Must be a self-starter who can work independently, manage deadlines, and produce detail-oriented, high-quality written and graphic materials. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) highly desired; knowledge of the Cosential CRM database is a plus.
Position Responsibilities:
  • RFQ/RFP Process - Support proposal (RFQ/RFP) development by coordinating inputs, maintaining schedules, assembling content, assisting with layout/production, and supporting pursuit teams as needed
  • Market Sector Qualifications - Develop and maintain market-sector qualifications, including coordinating with technical staff to create new project profiles and update the website
  • Social Media & PR - Collaborate with leaders to create content and graphics for social media; manage print and digital communications (including email campaigns); and coordinate award submissions
  • Marketing Database - Maintain the marketing content library/database for graphic and written assets
  • Implement Marketing Initiatives - Support marketing initiatives by coordinating logistics and deliverables for white papers, speaking engagements, trade shows, and collateral materials (brochures, books, banners, trade-show materials, business cards, etc.)
  • Presentations -Support development of presentations for marketing efforts and client interviews
  • Photography - Coordinate photography of built work

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 3+ years in a proposal-based marketing setting
  • A/E/C industry experience is highly desired
  • Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong writing, communication, organizational, and graphic skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) highly desired
  • Knowledge of Cosential CRM database a plus
