Job Description:
As the Print Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the print shop, ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity standards are met. You will be a member of a team of print professionals, manage equipment and supplies, and oversee project timelines from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has experience in printing, and possesses strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily print shop operations to ensure timely and high-quality production.
  • Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and ensure all machines are in proper working order.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams and other store locations to review project specifications and deadlines.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues or concerns.
  • Maintain quality control throughout the print process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
