Ascend Staffing is hiring a Store Manager in Lacey WA to oversee daily operations at a busy shipping, printing, and business service center Lead a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive business growth.

Shift Schedule

  • Day Shift: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM

  • Monday Saturday (flexibility required; Saturday shifts included)


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily center operations, including printing, shipping, and mailbox services

  • Ensure jobs are completed accurately, on time, and to PostNet quality standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment

  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve issues promptly

  • Build relationships with business clients and local community members

  • Provide consultations on print and marketing projects

  • Drive sales of printing, shipping, and marketing services

  • Hire, train, and supervise team members

  • Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information


Qualifications

  • 25 years of retail management or small business management experience

  • 2-3 years experience in printing, shipping, or related industry

  • Experience working in a print shop or document production environment (e.g., MinutesPress, Alpha Graphics, or similar)

  • Familiarity with printing services such as flyers, brochures, labels, reports, and business materials

  • Ability to operate or learn print production equipment and follow job specifications

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Suite preferred)

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

  • Eligible to work in the U.S.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
