Store Manager - Print, Shipping & Business Services

PostNet is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Center Manager to lead the daily operations of our Conyers, Georgia location. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for sales growth, team development, customer service, print production, shipping operations, and overall center performance.
We're looking for a leader who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, coaching employees, and helping small businesses succeed. If you have retail management experience, strong sales skills, and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
  • Drive center sales through consultative selling and relationship building
  • Prepare customer quotes and oversee print projects from concept to completion
  • Review and prepare customer artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat to ensure files meet commercial printing standards
  • Manage shipping, mailbox, and business service operations
  • Schedule employees and oversee daily workflow
  • Maintain inventory, equipment, and operational standards
  • Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to customer expectations
  • Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong sales and customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional experience using Adobe Creative Cloud is required, including:
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Experience preparing print-ready files, including bleeds, crop marks, resolution, and CMYK color
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Commercial print production experience
  • Experience operating digital production printers and finishing equipment
  • Experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL shipping services

Compensation & Benefits
  • $42,000-$48,000 annual salary, based on experience
  • Monthly performance bonus of up to $1,250
