Job description

Allegra Richmond is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. Weโ€™re a locally owned marketing and print communications company serving businesses, nonprofits, healthcare organizations and other organizations throughout the Richmond area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with clients, managing projects, solving problems and developing new business. Our Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact for their customers, helping move projects from the initial conversation through production and delivery.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Respond to new customer inquiries and identify the best solutions for their needs.
  • Manage print, direct mail, signage, promotional and marketing projects from initial request through completion.
  • Prepare estimates, coordinate schedules and communicate project requirements with our production and graphics teams.
  • Proactively follow up with customers and keep projects moving.
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients.
  • Make sales calls and pursue prospective new customers.
  • For larger opportunities, arrange meetings with prospects to better understand their needs and develop the right solution.
  • Help resolve problems quickly and professionally when they arise.
  • Ensure customers receive the high level of service and responsiveness they expect from Allegra.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

Weโ€™re looking for someone who is organized, personable, dependable and comfortable talking with customers and prospects . You should be able to manage multiple projects at once, pay attention to details and communicate well with both customers and coworkers.

Experience in printing, marketing, direct mail, signage or a related industry is helpful, but weโ€™re also interested in candidates with strong account management, customer service or business-to-business sales experience.
