Print Production Associate

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Print Production Associate with at least 1–2 years of print production experience.

This position is focused on operating digital printing and finishing equipment, completing jobs accurately, and maintaining an organized production area.

Responsibilities

  • Operate digital production printers and finishing equipment
  • Review job tickets and follow production specifications
  • Cut, fold, score, laminate, bind, drill, and assemble printed materials
  • Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and correct quantities
  • Package and prepare completed orders for pickup or delivery
  • Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance
  • Monitor supplies and notify management when inventory is low
  • Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized
  • Communicate equipment problems, delays, or production concerns

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of commercial printing, digital printing, copy center, or bindery experience
  • Experience operating digital printers and finishing equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read job tickets and follow instructions
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and changing priorities
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 pounds (case of paper)

Experience with Fiery Command WorkStation, digital production presses, paper cutters, folders, booklet makers, laminators, and binding equipment is preferred.

This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position. Pay is based on experience.
