Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $35-$40/hr DOE
Location: Hillsboro, OR 
Travel: 50-60% estimated travel.
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine and ad-hoc audits of field activities to ensure adherence to procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; identify gaps and compliance risks.
  • Review and improve service procedures, ensuring they are accurate, practical, and consistently followed across teams and locations.
  • Perform on-site audits of field engineers to evaluate execution quality, troubleshooting practices, and alignment with operational standards.
  • Lead root cause analysis, drive corrective/preventive actions, and maintain clear audit documentation, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements, support standardization, and reinforce a strong safety culture while ensuring risk and compliance adherence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (5+ years in field service, quality, or related area).
  • 2–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry

Physical Effort/Activities:

Continuously, will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer the telephone, and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis, in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
