Neos is seeking a RPA Automation Lead Engineer for a long-term contract role with our client in Austin, TX.
***ONSITE - ONLY CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN THE AUSTIN, TX AREA (within 50 miles) WILL BE CONSIDERED***
This role is Onsite (Austin, TX)
Responsibilities
  • Identify new process automation and optimization opportunities and accurately analyze, estimate, and recommend automation solutions.
  • Provide recommendations on the preferred and optimal tools to support automation and optimization requests.
  • Design UiPath process solutions in accordance with standard UiPath design principles, standards, and conventions.
  • Collaborate with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define automations, business rules, and exception handling.
  • Identify and create reusable automation components and ensure consistency in automation design across use cases.
  • Develop automations and customizations utilizing:
    • PowerShell
    • Linux scripting
    • Python
    • Java
    • .NET
    • Third-party APIs

Candidate Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
  • 6 years UiPath Robotics Process Automation (RPA) development experience.
  • 6 years System Administration experience.
  • 6 years ITIL Change Management experience.
  • 6 years Expert knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems.
  • 6 years Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • 6 years General IT infrastructure knowledge.
  • 6 years Experience with:
    • Group Policy (GPO)
    • WSUS
    • AWS
    • SQL
    • PostgreSQL
    • MySQL
    • NoSQL
    • Bash
    • Batch
    • PowerShell scripting
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system.
