About Team: Retail Services
Our team works closely with multiple retail services (ranging from Payments to Walmart Business to Business services).  We lean on our fulfillment centers, stores, merchants and technical innovations to evolve this new and growing area of Walmart.  Focus areas include business friendly purchasing capabilities, onboarding and marketing, business customer support and operations, and business engagement and monetization.
What you'll do:

  • You will work with business, product and UX to usher large and complex projects through the project discovery and planning process.

  • You will coordinate across several engineering teams to ensure we are building the right solutions that map back to business strategy and requirements.

  • You will build cross functional program plans, manage risk at the program and portfolio level, and drive execution across the area.

  • As a Principal, you will be a leader to the TPMs, ensuring continuous improvement of our processes and execution models.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
