Overview
The Technology Operations & Delivery R&D team is looking for a Principle TPM to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will oversee complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The TPM will be responsible for driving internal or cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering results under changing circumstances. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and make a significant impact on the organization's success.
Role
The principle TPM will play a critical role in planning and executing the delivery of technical vision and roadmap, unlocking synergies across our platforms, data assets and business units.
The TPM will act as a central point of coordination for infrastructure and cloud capabilities for various R&D teams distributed across around the globe to drive standardization, alignment across initiatives, and ensure global program governance best practices.
Continuously work on finding ways to optimize manual processes with a lens of automation and help improve program execution in the new AI native world.
Act as the program liaison, provide specific direction for product development initiatives, supporting teams to ensure that all program engagements meet timelines and scope expectations.
Develop and manage flexible project plans, adapting to shifting business priorities and requirements.
Drive execution of strategic initiatives through successful delivery by organizing a group of related technology projects or activities across multiple teams, aligning dependent organizations to ensure coordinated delivery.
Identify and remove barriers, finding the path forward in challenging situations to ensure timely and effective project completion
Effectively monitor, control, and report on project execution, adapt communication strategies to fit the urgency and complexity of different projects providing accurate status updates to executive stakeholders at appropriate intervals.
Recognize complexity and create predictable delivery paths for large and/or complex efforts, while measurably improving, streamlining, and eliminating excess processes.
Manage relationships with vendors including SOW creation, amendments, termination, resource onboarding, financial tracking.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
