Senior Specialist, Technical Program Management
Job Description:
The Role:
• Entegris is currently seeking a Senior Specialist, Technical Program Management, to be based in our Chaska, MN location. This role will lead portfolio and project management responsibilities for the Electromechanical Devices and Instrumentation sub business unit within the Advanced Purity Solutions, Fluid Handling division.
What You'll Do:
• Own project management responsibilities of multiple projects within the SBU
• Drive process efficiency within your SBU by tracking metrics/KPI's and working to implement process improvements
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Product Management leadership to lead the direction of the SBU
What We Seek:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or related area of Engineering, or in a Business-related focus.
• 7+ years of experience in New Product Development, with experience in systems integration (electronics required & plastic injection molding preferred)
• Familiarity with PCBA, motherboards
• PMP, CPPM or something similar preferred
• Strong project leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, MS Project and Accolade
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to ~10%, as business needs require
