The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health issues across different demographic groups.

• A current and valid state license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and trust-filled therapeutic relationship.
• A deep sense of empathy and a non-judgmental approach toward clients from all walks of life.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to handle client schedules and administrative tasks efficiently.
