You are both a technical expert and a trusted advisor. You seamlessly bridge the gap between business and technology, translating customer requirements into impactful solutions and ensuring a smooth path to adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Customization:
  • Engage with prospects to gather technical and business requirements during discovery sessions.
  • Configure and customize the product - including AI/NLP models, data connectors, and Generative AI workflows - to align with customer requirements and maximize business value.
  • Adapt and extend the out-of-the-box user experience (UX/UI) to meet specific project needs.
  • Configure and present tailored demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase the value of our technology and reflect prospective use cases.
  • Advise prospects on best practices for enterprise search, AI usage, and data access strategies.

Technical Expertise:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Sinequa's product, security standards and integration capabilities.
  • Articulate technical benefits and capabilities of the product in alignment with customer use cases.
  • Understand and interpret customer data environments (on-prem and cloud) to ensure seamless integration and adequate enrichment of content.
  • Provide technical input during RFP/RFI processes and respond to prospect questionnaires.

Client Engagement:
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineers to C-level executives.
  • Lead technical workshops and Q&A sessions to educate clients and deepen their understanding of the product.
  • Lead technical pre-sales activities such as product demos and proof-of-concept (POC) cycles, tailored to customer industries and use cases.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the technical evaluation process.

Collaboration:
  • Partner with Sales Managers to support complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles, including technical discovery, solution design, and executive-level presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure successful deployments, meet SLAs, and deliver continuous value.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and R&D to influence roadmap priorities, resolve issues, and advocate for feature enhancements.

Cross-Industry Adaptability:
  • Confidently tailor technical presentations and demos across diverse verticals.
  • Manage multiple active opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Adapting to customer needs and fast-changing technical environments.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our verticalized solutions in strategic industries such as private equity, legal, and consulting.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited institution in a technical field (CS/IS/IT, Engineering)
  • 5+ years of experience in an engineering / technical role
  • Experience in a client facing role (internal or external customers) or strong desire to work closely with customers.
