Job description

We are seeking a skilled PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and support business applications using the Microsoft Power Apps platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and operational leaders to automate processes, improve workflows, and deliver scalable digital solutions across the organization.


The ideal candidate has experience developing applications within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, with strong knowledge of integrations, user experience design, and business process automation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps
  • Build automated workflows and process improvements using Microsoft Power Automate
  • Develop data models and integrations with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, APIs, and other enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Create dashboards and reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Platform applications
  • Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance standards
  • Support application lifecycle management, version control, and deployment processes
  • Provide end-user training and technical support for deployed solutions
  • Document technical specifications, workflows, and development standards
  • Stay current on emerging capabilities within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps
  • Strong experience with Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and REST APIs
  • Experience integrating cloud and on-premise systems
  • Understanding of relational databases and data architecture
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred

  • Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications
  • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud technologies
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, testing, or enterprise operations environments
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
