Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Sr. Project Manager to lead our enterprise-wide transformation initiative to Google AppSheet. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end migration from legacy systems - Smartsheet, to AppSheet, ensuring business continuity, process optimization, and successful adoption across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Governance

  • Define and manage the program roadmap, including timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
  • Establish governance structure, KPIs, and reporting cadence.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and AppSheet developers.
  • Ensure alignment with business goals, compliance, and security standards.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) to gather requirements and prioritize use cases.
  • Drive change management efforts including user training, communication, and support strategies.
  • Facilitate executive briefings, steering committees, and end-user feedback loops.

Technical Oversight

  • Oversee AppSheet solution design and ensure alignment with best practices for low-code development.
  • Coordinate with internal and external development teams to validate architecture, integration points, and data flows.
  • Ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and system performance.

Project Delivery

  • Manage risk, scope, and budget across multiple workstreams.
  • Use Agile and hybrid methodologies to drive iterative releases.
  • Track and report on progress, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure a smooth cutover from legacy systems with minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree - business or finance preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management within digital transformation or IT system implementation.
  • Experience managing low-code/no-code platform deployments (preferably Google AppSheet, PowerApps, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and system integration.
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and data tools (BigQuery, Sheets, Drive, etc.).

Preferred:

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
  • Prior experience leading migrations from Excel, Smartsheet, or Access to low-code platforms.
  • Working knowledge of AppSheet governance and enterprise deployment frameworks.
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, or shared services is a plus.
