Be an agent of change on a team committed to achieving client-focused, mission-driven excellence. Steampunk is looking for an experienced Microsoft Office 365 Developer with PowerApps experience and an appetite for taking on new challenges.

Contributions
  • Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Office365 and PowerApps platforms based on industry best practices as well as business needs
  • Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in SharePoint applications
  • Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues
  • Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
  • Perform Office365 administration (create accounts / profiles, defining fields, updating layouts, reports, dashboards etc.) and development
  • Ability to support Office365 configuration task such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals
  • Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
  • Interface with business analysts and technical staff and be responsible for delivering complete work products
  • Research integration issues and work closely with team members on operations and development staff
  • Research and development of new Microsoft Office365 and PowerApp prototypes and applications
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of applications
  • Build client trust and respect, establish client relationships, and develop rapport with client
  • Participate and engage in all team meetings
  • Facilitate continuous improvement within the environment
  • Assists with SharePoint migration from on-prem to the Cloud
  • Participate in Unit and Regression Testing

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of total experience or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance
  • 5+ years of SharePoint experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and related technologies within the Power Platform ecosystem
  • Experience in developing, deploying, and managing custom applications using PowerApps (both canvas and model-driven apps)
  • Experience in how to setup SharePoint lists and how lookup columns work
  • Experience with Excel and Excel formulas, filters, and vlookups
  • Experience with SharePoint migrations with on-prem to the Cloud
  • Willing to dig in and learn new solutions
  • This position requires being onsite in Bethesda three (3) days a week

Nice to Haves
  • Experience working with Nintex workflows
  • Experience with .NET
  • Experience with SharePoint 2016 administration
  • Experience with InfoPath

The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000 to $170,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
