The Opportunity:
The Mid-Level ServiceNow and OutSystems Cybersecurity Developer is instrumental in customizing, configuring, and enhancing the cybersecurity capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and OutSystems platform across multiple modules. This role is responsible for designing and implementing custom workflows, integrations, and automation rules to optimize the process related to cybersecurity process such as identification, response, and mitigation of cybersecurity issues and exception management. The role requires strong independence, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex, manual requirements into streamlined ServiceNow solutions, ensuring a cohesive security posture. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet organizational requirements through the design and implementation of custom workflows, integrations, and automation rules within the technology
  • Experience managing and automating workflows within ServiceNow modules, including Vulnerability Response (VR), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance(GRC), Information Technology Service Management (ITSM), and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
  • Experience with daily use of ServiceNow front-end configuration tools, contributing across the software development lifecycle
  • Experience in stakeholder management and transitioning manual workflows to ServiceNow standard solutions, participating in technical design meetings while upholding development standards and best practices
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with widely adopted security tools across both public and private sectors
  • Experience developing data analytics solutions, leveraging the enterprise data lake, and creating insightful reports and dashboards
  • Ability to independently gather requirements, conduct research, and develop solutions with minimal oversight
  • HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
