This position is responsible for coordinating with various internal departments and external parties to confirm that all post-closing requirements are met in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The Post Closer ensures that loan files are complete, accurate, and ready for delivery to appropriate entities, thereby facilitating smooth loan funding and recording. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple loan files simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelorโ€™s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in loan processing, closing, or post-closing functions.
  • Strong knowledge of loan documentation, compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency with Title Company software.
