Job description

Description:

· Review and validate loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Non-QM guidelines.

· Perform thorough audits of closed loans, ensuring all conditions have been met with Non-QM guidelines. Deliver complete collateral and trailing document packages as assigned.

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in loan files.

· Prepare final closing documents and coordinate with title companies and lenders to ensure timely delivery.

· Maintain organized records of all closed loans and related documentation.

· Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes related to Non-QM products.

· Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders and inclusive of communication to our clients and borrowers.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage post-closing.

· Strong knowledge of mortgage documents.

· Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.
