Job description

As a Mortgage Post Closer, you will review and deliver closed loans to various investors, follow up on delivery of packages and suspense items with investor. You will review and deliver FHA case binders to HUD, make corrections to files by working with the Closer, sending documents back to the customer and/or closing attorney or agent and obtain any missing documents from the file. We will need you to maintain the calendar to ensure timely delivery of packages and follow up until loan is purchased by investor. Your work with Underwriters, Processors, Closers and investors will be vital to ensure a smooth delivery and funding process.
To qualify for this position you must have a minimum of one year related mortgage experience. Knowledge of and familiarity with real estate and mortgage terminology is helpful.
