Description

We are seeking a Systems Analyst (DocuSign platform) who is local to Austin. Anyone who is not will be rejected.

Will support and maintain the DocuSign platform, including eSignature, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), notary, and other DocuSign capabilities. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless contract workflows, maintaining system integrity, and driving vendor accountability. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise contract systems, vendor coordination, and governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities
ย  * DocuSign platform support, including eSignature, CLM, Notary and other capabilities
ย  * Deep technical knowledge on all the DocuSign capabilities including eSignature, CLM, Notary and other capabilities
ย  * Administer and configure DocuSign CLM workflows, smart rules, eForms, and automation tools
ย  * Provide technical support and training to business users across divisions (e.g., CSD, ROW, PEPS, PRO, etc.)
ย  * Well versed in integration capabilities with other platforms such as Salesforce.
ย  * Monitor system performance and coordinate with DocuSign on release notes, feature updates, and ticket resolution
ย  * Maintain security protocols and integration standards for all the integrations with other systems.
Contract Oversight & Governance
ย  * Collaborate with the CLM Steering Committee and user groups to align business logic and workflow configurations
ย  * Support contract review and approval processes for AFAs, ILAs, IACs, POs, and other agreement types
ย  * Ensure compliance with TxDOT's confidentiality and evaluation protocols during vendor selection and contract execution
Vendor Management
ย  * Serve as liaison between Client and DocuSign vendor representatives for strategic planning and issue resolution
ย  * Track and report on DocuSign ticket volumes, usage metrics, and integration opportunities.
ย  * Coordinate contract renewals, add-ons (e.g., DocuSign Monitor), and funding allocations with procurement and finance teams

Qualificationsย 

ย * 5+ years of experience with DocuSign eSign, CLM or similar contract management platforms.

ย * Strong understanding of enterprise IT governance, vendor relations, and contract lifecycle processes.

* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

ย * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

ย * Experience with Active Directory, ticketing, and CLM integration tools.

ย * Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols related to SaaS platforms.

ย * Ability to lead training sessions and contribute to the Center of Excellence initiatives
