About Lakewood Regional Support

Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.

What We're Looking For:

A technically curious and detail driven systems specialist to support the configuration, testing, integrity, and performance of enterprise POS platforms across multiple hotel outlets. This role applies structured systems analysis and establishes technical standards to validate configurations, support system updates, and identify data or performance inconsistencies to help maintain reliable and secure POS environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Support POS system configuration and validation, including menu structures, pricing logic, permissions, and access controls.

  • Execute structured system testing and validation activities for updates, enhancements, and compliance changes.

  • Analyze system usage trends and performance data to identify inconsistencies or optimization opportunities.

  • Support incident resolution through technical validation, configuration review, and structured troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate cross functionally with F&B, inventory, finance, and operations teams.

  • Support alignment with PCI DSS technical requirements by following approved configuration standards.

  • Document system configurations, workflows, testing results, and change control activities.

  • Perform structured system analysis to identify contributing factors in technical incidents.

  • Support the implementation of approved technical and process improvements.

  • Participate in maintenance, testing, and deployment activities as required.

  • Perform other technically oriented duties aligned with system reliability and operational needs.

  • Maintain reliability to support operational needs and perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.

Your Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting POS systems, enterprise applications, or integrated IT platforms.

  • Working knowledge of system configuration principles, structured testing, and technical troubleshooting.

  • Ability to analyze system behavior, validate configurations, and support issue resolution.

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, permissions, and data integrity.

  • Familiarity with Oracle Symphony, Micros, or similar POS systems preferred.

  • Exposure to change management, testing cycles, or deployment validation preferred.

  • Ability to document technical processes with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools preferred.

  • Experience in Hospitality or Restaurant POS preferred.
