Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Proficiency in Portuguese is also preferred.
Experience working with creative teams, internally and externally
Previous experience with content development, marketing, or localization for the Mexico and/or LATAM market is required
Excellent editorial judgment and storytelling skills.
Experience with prompt engineering, visual and multimodal content, and design systems (e.g., Figma, Adobe Suite Products)
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage one's own hours
Experience shipping products with stringent deadlines
Education/Experience
6+ years of experience in a relevant field (e.g., storytelling, character creation) and at least one year of AI experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
