This role requires strong judgment, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex policy concepts into clear business guidance.What you'll do...Operational Leadership:
Provide direction and coordination across ad policy programs.
Lead projects that enhance policy clarity, consistency, and execution across multiple platforms and workstreams.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as a point of contact for ad policy questions from internal and external stakeholders.
RepresentAdPolicy in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and clarity.
Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, providing clear and practical policy guidance.
Policy Development & Application:
Contribute to the design, update, and communication of advertising policies, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and brand standards.
Support the implementation of new or updated policies and help ensure consistent understanding and application across teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Legal, Product, Sales, and other teams to ensure seamless policy integration into workflows.Assistin developing FAQs, templates, and reference materials that help the business apply policies effectively.
Continuous Improvement:

Identify and addressprocess bottlenecksor recurring issues; recommend enhancements that drive consistency and scale.Leverage insights from escalations or trends to inform future policy or workflow improvements.
Communication:
Distill complex policy or operational topics into clear, concise updates.
Provide context and rationale for decisions to help partners understand the "why" behind policy outcomes.
Foster a culture of clarity, collaboration, and accountability.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in online advertising, compliance, or policy operations, including experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong judgment and the ability to simplify complex or ambiguous issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including comfortrepresentingpolicy in leadership or partner forums.
