Job Description

The Senior Product Manager will act as the leader of cross-functional teams consisting of Product, User Experience, and Engineering to deliver against our product strategy. This role is responsible for defining, delivering, and iterating innovative healthcare solutions that address key customer pain points, create business value, and differentiate Relias in the market. This role will own the development of new product offerings, operating effectively in ambiguous problem spaces and translating complex regulatory and licensing requirements into scalable, market-ready solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:ย 
ย  ย Leading and participating in the development of product strategy to support the strategic positioning of Relias solutions in the healthcare market, with a specific focus on license management, regulatory workflows, and compliance-driven use cases. ย  ย Influence and align executive stakeholders, sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering on product vision, priorities, and trade-offs.
ย  ย Build trust and credibility by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
ย  ย Leveraging market sizing (TAM, SAM) and competitive analysis, and evaluation of regulatory complexity, and legacy/manual alternatives to identify high-value opportunities and use financial models to support investment decisions.
ย  ย Formulating and testing hypotheses using customer insights, data analysis, and experimentation to drive early-stage decision-making, validate problem statements, and reduce solution risk.
ย  ย Lead the discovery process through User Experience through qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, opportunities, and pain points
ย  ย Establishing and tracking key business and product metrics such as retention, activation, engagement, and revenue impact, and compliance-specific outcomes including license completeness, renewal success, and regulatory coverage. Analyzing metrics and trends for insights.
ย  ย Working closely with engineering and UX teams to break down complex problems into iterative solutions and development milestones, balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy
ย  ย Providing business and market context to the development team
ย  ย Defining clear, measurable outcomes and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
ย  ย Defining and refining detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that ensure clarity and execution alignment
ย  ย Driving sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
ย  ย Facilitating and performing demos for both technical and business stakeholders
ย  ย Creating product documentation including release notes, FAQ's and Launch Briefs
ย  ย Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop commercialization strategies for Relias products, features, and acquisition migrations, ensuring strong adoption and positioning.
ย  ย Define release criteria, instrumentation plans, and success metrics to ensure product quality and measurable impact.
ย  ย Conduct post-launch analysis and iteration cycles to continuously improve the product based on real-world performance.
ย  ย Defining and improving product management best practices for Relias, mentoring teammates
ย  ย Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
ย  ย Bachelor's Degree

ย  ย 9+ years of experience in product management in SaaS and/or healthcare industry
ย  ย Proven ability to deliver solutions to business problems, assessing risks and data to inform prioritization.
ย  ย Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
ย  ย Experience with agile development process, User Experience, and customer discovery
ย  ย Experience with feature and business planning and go to market of new products
ย  ย Understanding of business requirements of internal functions like sales, engineering and marketing
ย  ย Understanding of contemporary technologies and their applicability to solve healthcare business problems
ย  ย Can-do attitude with ability to get things done under minimal supervision and drive results across cross functional teams
ย  ย Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills, and proven ability to run effective meetings
ย  ย Very strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve results through influence
ย  ย Ability to evaluate and prioritize Generative AI use cases based on GenAI capabilities and limitations, aligned with user needs and platform strategy
