Key Responsibilities:
Own the Owned Brand Content Strategy: Develop, manage, and execute the strategy across PointClickCare's owned channels, including the blog, podcast, web, and long and short form content, ensuring a consistent brand voice and point of view.

Lead Owned Media Thought Leadership: Develop and execute thought leadership content for PointClickCare executives and subject matter experts across owned media channels, translating their expertise into compelling, differentiated content for the blog, podcast, and other owned formats where needed.
Drive Content Distribution: Develop channel and distribution strategies that extend the reach and impact of owned content, partnering with demand, social, web, and other teams to ensure content reaches priority audiences.
Manage Agency Partnership Brand Programs: Serve as the day-to-day executional lead on brand-related agency programs, managing deliverables and deadlines.
Cross-Pod Collaboration: Interface with product marketing, demand generation, and growth to align content with campaign priorities and audience needs, acting as the connective tissue between brand and the pods.
Measure and Optimize: Track content performance across owned channels, report on key metrics, and use insights to refine the strategy and editorial mix.
Content Frameworks and Best Practices: Establish guidelines for brand storytelling, content positioning, and channel strategy that raise the bar for content across the organization.
Own SUMMIT Content Strategy and Support Event Deliverables: Lead the owned content strategy for PointClickCare's annual SUMMIT conference, developing the editorial approach and content plan across pre-event, onsite, and post-event channels, including podcast, blog, and paid media content. Support the development and review of attendee-facing deliverables, including registration and SUMMIT website copy, session titles and descriptions, presentation editing, booth messaging, wayfinding, hype videos, and other event content to ensure a cohesive and engaging experience.

Develop and edit employee stories, recruitment campaign content, careers-focused web content, and other materials that bring PointClickCare's culture and employee experience to life while maintaining a consistent brand voice
