Homes 4 Dinero is looking for highly motivated and self-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make a meaningful impact on our potential customers' life. Sales reps must represent our companyโ€™s services and values, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of our core values, followed by consumer research to help identify how our solutions meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Turning new potential deals into sales contracts
  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every partner in order to boost top-line revenue growth, property acquisition level, and profitability.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and partner relationships.
  • Generating and managing all potential leads for the business.
  • Meeting and exceeding all sales goals.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with the team leader.
  • Understanding and promoting company values and benefits.
  • Maintaining potential lead and existing partners' information and records in Podio CRM.
  • Be the main point of contact to answer any and all questions from potential deals and partners about our services and benefits
  • Supply management with reports on partners' needs, problems, interests, and anything relevant about the deal

Preferred qualifications are as follows:

  • Knowledge of the Real Estate market.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience.
  • Working knowledge of sales systems and processes.
  • A commitment to working as a member of a team.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with teams and build reports with customers, vendors, business leaders, and fellow teammates.
  • Competency in applications including Slack, Podio, Zoom, Excel, and Customer Retention Management (CRM) platforms.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
  • An attitude of humility, an ability to give more than received, and a heart of gratitude.
  • Hybrid work environment (mix of remote and in-person)

Working schedule:

Monday-Friday (9 am - 5 pm)

Saturday (10 am - 2 pm)
