What types of projects and teams do PMI ACP professionals typically work with?

PMI-ACP professionals usually work on a variety of Agile-driven projects, ranging from software development to product launches and process improvements. They often join cross-functional teams that include developers, designers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders, serving as facilitators to guide Agile practices and keep projects on track. The work environment is typically collaborative and fast-paced, requiring frequent communication and adaptability to change.
