Job description

Position Title: Software Implementation Analyst, Partner Integrations
Department: Delivery Engineering
Reports To: Director, Strategic Programs
Location: US Remote
Overview:
Manage the technical aspects of our core system integration solutions. The Software Implementation Consultant and Project Manager form a collaborative unit, with the Project Manager leading project execution, stakeholder alignment, and integration strategy, while the Consultant focuses on technical configuration, requirements analysis, and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on technical partner integration solutions for PremiumPay and ClaimsPay.
  • Lead core system integration projects, including environment configuration and API contract communication.
  • Document technical requirements and use cases; collaborate with Solution Architects to maintain integration diagrams.
  • Support internal teams in resolving production issues and assist sales teams with technical opportunities.
  • Analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources to identify true business needs.
  • Manage multiple initiatives independently, engaging stakeholders to define concepts, review specifications, and secure approvals.
  • Coordinate deliverables and updates with project managers; work closely with developers and QA to align on technical requirements.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Travel up to 25% to partner and client locations within the United States.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience is required
  • 4+ years of recent experience in a SaaS environment is required
  • Experience gathering, creating and managing requirements is required
  • Experience building UI mockups & wire framing mockups is required
  • Experience working on third party integrations, REST APIs
  • Insurance industry experience is highly desired, including policy management and digital payment
  • AGILE Development & SCRUM methodology experience is preferred
  • Experience working with complex projects with multiple tasks and subtasks
