Position Overview:-
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise-level business analysis, data analysis, Agile delivery, and testing initiatives within a large government environment. The ideal candidate will act as the voice of the customer, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications:-
  1. Minimum 8+ years of experience delivering business and systems analysis artifacts.
  2. 5+ years of experience working as an Agile Business Analyst.
  3. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC processes.
  4. Proven experience creating and managing:
  • Product Backlogs
  • Sprint Backlogs
  • User Stories
  • Acceptance Criteria
  1. Experience with BPMN 2.0 and business process modeling.
  2. Advanced SQL experience including:
  • Complex queries
  • Data analysis
  • Database profiling
  • Troubleshooting
  1. Experience with Agile/project management tools such as:
