This full-time, onsite role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience. You will work in our state-of-the-art outpatient office in Culpeper, which is equipped with the latest rehabilitation technologies and facilities to support both patient and therapist needs. • Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and formulate treatment plans for patients based on physical therapy procedures and modalities in accordance with established best practices.
• Consult with patients and their caregivers, providing education and training to empower them through their rehabilitation journey.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations including subjective and objective assessments to determine the patient's unique needs and design appropriate, individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient care in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Ensure the highest standards of care by supervising all services provided by physical therapy assistants, aides, and students.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
• Actively engage in continuing education programs to stay abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy.
