Job Title: Federal Project Manager

Job Description

This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex federal projects with a focus on compliance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) standards and Quality Control Management (QCM) requirements. You will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring they meet federal regulations, quality expectations, and contractual obligations while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage federal projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with USACE standards and requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation, to deliver projects on time and within defined parameters.
  • Oversee and coordinate all project activities, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, contract specifications, and quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor Quality Control Management (QCM) processes to ensure all work meets or exceeds USACE and project-specific quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
  • Identify project risks and issues related to federal and USACE requirements and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports in accordance with federal and USACE guidelines.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and progress meetings to track performance and ensure adherence to schedule and quality expectations.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by reviewing project outcomes and applying lessons learned to future federal projects.
