Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the clientโ€™s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinate project activities, track progress, prepare meeting materials, and maintain project documentation and deliverables.
  2. Conduct policy and procedure research and assist with drafting recommendations, standards, training materials, and related content.
  3. Analyze data and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support operational and executive decision-making.
  4. Develop strategic communications, newsletters, correspondence, executive briefs, and knowledge management materials.
     

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Experience in project management, data analytics, policy research and writing, training development, and strategic communications.
