Job description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (PMO) to lead commercial projects, ensuring safety, reliability, and technical excellence from proposal to closeout. 


  • Project Leadership: Serve as the primary project leader for well-defined, single product line commercial projects, utilizing standardized PMO methods.
  • Execution & Control: Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet quality, cost, and technical objectives.
  • Client Interface: Act as the main point of contact between the project team, management, and customers, fostering long-term relationships and high satisfaction.
  • Resource & Team Management: Coordinate multidisciplinary activities, including technical personnel, logistics, and equipment deployment.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early and utilize root cause analysis to resolve technical or commercial challenges.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and ensure the timely issuance and payment of customer invoices.
  • Professional Development: Pursue and maintain Framatome PM Certification. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years of related professional experience, with at least 2+ years of direct project management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Prior experience within the nuclear power industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience in electrical or mechanical equipment testing, servicing, or nuclear logistics/scheduling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
  • Strong communication, report development, and presentation skills.

       

  • Salary: $97,000-$131,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
