The intern will support daily talent acquisition activities, including assisting with candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking tools. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers, preparing reports or summaries on recruitment metrics, and helping improve processes related to hiring and onboarding. The intern will participate in team meetings, contribute to small projects related to workforce planning or employer branding, and assist with documentation and basic data analysis as needed. This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in management support and recruitment operations while working closely with experienced professionals. Qualifications Ability to manage schedules, organize information, and support coordination of interviews and meetings.
