What will your role be? Technical (IM/IT) ProjectManagement:
  • Drive the IM/IT projects in a matrix environment between USA and Europe (EU).
  • Deploying solutions and making sure Customer's need are met
  • Frame the IM/IT Project Plan (Objectives, Scope, WBS, OBS, CBS, Roadmap, Risks/Opportunities, Planning).
  • Pilot all sub-streams or work packages necessary for the IM project success.
  • Structure, Organize, Communicate, Drumbeat, Follow-up and report about any of project management phases.
  • Capture and communicate (Minutes of Meetings) key elements, Decisions made, Open points, Actions and Next Steps of any working sessions with Business or IM resources - Drumbeat and Follow-up advancements for any activities identified
    Manage vendors.
  • Provide the appropriate Project Health, Advancement visibility through Reporting to IM Exec Mgt.
  • Provide weekly updates of Project Detailed Planning, describing clearly Tasks, Workload, Duration, Dependencies, Critical path, Project Status, Risk Management.
  • Provide Project Milestones preparation and Status.
  • Manage the Work Stream different phases from an IM standpoint in strong alignment and collaboration with the Business stakeholders.
  • Conduct the Work Stream Schedule & Delivery Monitoring.

Application/TechnologyPlatform/Industry specific:
  • Software as a service (SaaS) integrations and deployments (Pitney bowes is a plus).

Leadership:
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other Business + IM Work Stream leaders part of the overall Program: Warehouse, Security, Transportation, HR, Finance, Real-Estate Management, Network, Hosting, Digital workplace and so on.
  • Drive decision making.
  • Communicate and present to stakeholder management at Executive and/or Director level.
  • Orchestrate and coordinate Business and IM/IT stakeholders.
  • Help removing blocking points in a win/win approach.
  • Drive the different IM/IT teams and dependencies between those teams.
  • Lead end define major milestones.
  • Drive the deliverables definitions and deliveries.
  • Manage time, cost and quality for the projects.
  • Test, Deploy and support in order to meet IM and Business objectives.
  • Be an escalation point for all related IM/IT matters with the overall projects.

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?
  • Advanced degree.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in and Saas Project Management, IT Complex infrastructure, SAP.
  • Ability to successfully manage cross-functional, Cross Regions and Cross Companies projects involving multiple stakeholders and varying levels of management.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge in one or more of the following: LAN, WAN, Wireless, Telecommunications, Systems Administration, Low voltage data cabling, or data facilities technologies.
  • Experience managing conflict, escalations, negotiating compromise and influencing others and problem solving.
  • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or other warehouse environments.
  • ERP SAP + Portals technologies.
  • Aerospace and Defense business processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Great Self-Starter with Natural Leadership and soft skills.
  • Stakeholder management, ability to manage risks and issues with mitigation plans.
  • Strongoral and written communication skills.
