Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives across multiple territories.
  • Establish performance expectations and conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
  • Monitor team sales activity, pipeline health, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
  • Support sales representatives on customer meetings, presentations, and key opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and Leadership to execute company sales strategies.
  • Ensure CRM compliance and accurate sales forecasting.
  • Identify process improvements to increase team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns and promote an exceptional customer experience.
  • Represent ProGreen at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Achieve or exceed regional revenue, margin, and profitability goals.

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience.
  • Experience managing remote or multi-location sales teams.
  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Travel:
  • Travel throughout assigned territories to coach sales representatives, meet with customers, and support business development.
  • Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and company events.
  • Occasional overnight travel required.

Computer Skills:
