Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and respond to equipment breakdowns
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including basic electrical components
  • Maintain and update work orders in a CMMS system (e.g., Limble or similar)
  • Support facility maintenance, including:
    • Plumbing systems
    • Compressed air systems
    • Water systems
  • Operate forklifts and scissor lifts (or become certified)
  • Assist with installation, repair, and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards

Required Qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and work order systems
  • Working knowledge of electrical troubleshooting (not requiring licensure)
  • Mechanical aptitude across multiple systems (equipment, plumbing, air, etc.)
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and handle a variety of maintenance tasks

Preferred Qualifications
  • Electrical license (nice to have, not required)
