5. Prepare and record monthly reclassification entries between related entities, ensuring accurate allocation of shared revenue, commission, payroll, and operating expenses.
6. Reconcile intercompany balances and work directly with other accounting teams to resolve variances.
7. Perform detailed monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned agencies, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to GAAP.
8. Support preparation of monthly financial statements, variance explanations, and supporting schedules.
9. Serve as a key accounting resource for newly acquired agencies, supporting onboarding and transition to PlayCore financial systems, policies, and reporting standards.
10. Map historical general ledger accounts to corporate chart of accounts and assist with ERP transitions.
11. Help implement standardized accounting, billing, inventory, and financial documentation procedures across new locations.
12. Train agency personnel on accounting policies, internal controls, and month-end processes.
13. Support internal and external audit requests, providing documentation and explanations as needed.
14. Assist with development of standardized SOPs to ensure consistency across decentralized agencies.
