Job description

Summary
We are seeking skilled Project Fabricators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction trades, structural welding, and steel fabrication. This position involves the fabrication of components for both standard and custom products using steel and various other materials. Candidates must be team-oriented and bring a positive attitude to the job sit
We offer year-round indoor and outdoor work in a creative fabrication setting, with opportunities for travel and advancement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Fabricate components for standard and custom products using steel and other materials
  2. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
  3. Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
  4. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  6. Safety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations by all employees
  7. Quality: Assure all decks are checked and identified properly
  8. Productivity: Maintain utilization specified by supervisor and/or lead
  9. Coordinates: Communicate with other operators on any issues or shortages to supervisor or lead
  10. Team player and willing to work closely with others
  11. Dexterity: Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items
  12. Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Education and/or Experience
  • Prior Manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction trades
  • Minimum 2 years of steel fabrication experience

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer skills.

Forklift license or must be able to pass forklift test to be certified by PlayCore.
