Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for quality of product before final shipment
  2. Continuous improvement in support of department and company goals
  3. Supports, participates and encourages team building
  4. Provides feedback, both positive and negative, to the team, other related departments and the supervisor
  5. Promotes a positive work environment
  6. Follow all of Porter Corp's procedures and policies
  7. Work safely and efficiently

  9. Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
  1. This position requires a knowledge of product packaging methods to ensure safe and secure shipments to meet customer requirements
  2. Work requires a high school diploma or equivalent
